1. Subordinate Engineer, Grade-I (Civil)

(A)Candidate must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system i.e. MS Windows Linux Mac etc. such as,

(a)Word processor,
(b)Spreadsheet ,
(c)Presentation graphics,
(d)Concept of Database,
(e)Internet,

(B)Candidate must possess a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer application/Knowledge from an Institute recognized by the Govt.

Educational Qualification: H.S.L.C or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board/ Council with ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical or passed H.S.L.C or equivalent examination with minimum 8 years experience as Helper.

7. Primary Investigator

Educational Qualification: H.S.S.L.C or equivalent (10+2 Examination) passed from any recognized Board/ Council in any stream with Mathematics as one of the subject.

Age: Not below 18 (Eighteen) years and above 38 (Thirty Eight) years of age as on 01-01-2020. The upper age limit is however relaxable by 5 (five) Years in case of SC/ST and by 3 (Three) years in case of OBC as per Govt Rules.

Selection Process: OMR based written examination will be held for all category of posts at specified locations to be decided in due course of time. Where ever applicable, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a Computer Proficiency test/Skill test the date and venue of which will be notified later on. Selection of candidates shall be on the basis of OMR based written test and Computer proficiency test (As applicable). There will not be any Viva-Voce in the selection process against any of the posts.

Admit Card: After Scrutiny of applications, the Admit cards will be generated online for the candidates found eligible and they will be intimated through SMS/Mail to download their Admit cards. The candidates whose application are rejected for any reason may see the reasons for rejection in the same link.

  3. It is an interpersonal process in which a manager influence and guides workers toward attainment of a goal.
  4. Leadership requires the presence of a few qualities including intelligence, maturity, and personality on the part of the leader.
  5. It is a group process. It involves two or more people interacting with each other.
  6. A leader is involved in shaping and molding the behaviors of the group towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
  7. Leadership is situations bound. There is no best style of leadership. It all depends upon tackling with the situations.
  8. It is the ability of a manager to induce followers to work with confidence and zeal.

Leadership is the process of influencing the activities of a group of individuals for achieving the desired goals in given situations. Thus, the activity of leading a group of people or an organization or ability to do this is called leadership. It is the ability to guide, direct or influence people. Leadership involves establishing a clear vision, sharing that vision with others so that they can follow it willingly, providing the information, knowledge, and methods to realize that vision and coordinating and balancing the conflicting interest of all members and stakeholders.

             Leadership is inevitable where a group of people workes together attainment of a common goal.

              There are a host of definitions of leadership coined by various authorities. A few of them are as follows:

          According to Alford and Beatty, "Leadership is the ability to secure desirable actions from a group of followers voluntarily without the use of coercion."

          Koontz and Donnell observe, "Leadership is the ability of a manager to induce subordinates (followers) to work  with confidence and zeal."
